Delivery & Returns

We like to keep things as efficient as possible at Superinks. With our easy to use website, from ordering to receiving your order we keep it simple and our Delivery & Returns is no different.

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE fast delivery via Royal Mail for all orders, we pack our orders so that they convientently fit through your letterbox (where applicable). Large orders will go by courier, typically DPD.

Next day delivery is available at additional cost, they is shown if available on the checkout page.

Returns

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it, all that we ask is that it is exactly how it is received from when we packed it. If any inks/toners are missing contents/opened then we have the right to reject the return. If this occurs you will be liable for postage for us to return it to you.

Damaged or Faulty

If an item is faulty or does not work we will always do our best to resolve any problems that you may have.

You must:

  • Inform us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your delivery

Common Issues

A very common issue is printhead printers such as Epsons, if you haven't used your printer in a long time or the printer is in a hot room chances are the print head has dried up. Even by replacing the inks with brand new ones the end result is the same, if this is the case we can not accept the returns on this basis.
