If you wish to order online with us you will need one of the credit or debit card types shown above. You can if you wish print a copy of your order and post us a cheque or a postal order. Please note that funds must be cleared before we will dispatch your order.

We believe we have developed the securest option in web card processing for your guaranteed security.
All online payment is handled via ultra safe servers operated by worldpay.com NOT by superinks. Woldpay is one of the biggest and safest card processing companies on the net today and is owned by the Royal Band of Scotland group. Superinks.co.uk have no record or access to any of your card details.

Telephone Ordering

If you wish to order by telephone that is fine too. Call us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will be happy to process your order verbally.

Visa Electron

We can only currently process this card over the telephone. Please call us if you wish to pay using one of these cards.

VAT
Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable. Goods sent to private individuals within the EU will attract VAT at the current UK rate. Goods sent to companies within the EU can be zero rated if a VAT registration number is supplied. We advise you to order by telephone if this applies to you.

Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card in full once we have received and processed the item. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. You must first obtain a return authorisation number; this is obtained by emailing us at returns@superinks.co.uk.
