All
our products include delivery costs included in the advertised
price. Your order will be dispatched via one of the two following
methods. Products are clearly marked with their delivery method.
Smaller
Orders - Same Day Dispatch.
Smaller products are delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
Orders received before 5.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched
on the same day. Orders taken after 5.30pm will be dispatched
next working day.
About 80% of these orders are received next day.
Larger
Orders - Next Day Guaranteed Delivery.
Larger orders come with next working day guaranteed delivery as
standard.
Order before 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and receive your order the
very next day. Orders received before 5.30pm Friday will be delivered
on Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered Tuesday.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take 2 days.
Your delivery will require a signature - Please
ensure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available
to receive your package.
Non UK customers or customers wishing to arrange
an alternative delivery method should contact us for further help
and advice.
If for what ever reason goods cannot be dispatched
within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this
and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with
the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel with
a full and instant refund or part deliver your order.
If you have received an e-mail informing you of
the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit.
If you do not receive your goods within five working days you
should contact us. Most lost parcels are often just waiting to
be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office,
so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of
the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a
refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
To return a faulty product you must first obtain a return authorisation
number; this is obtained by emailing us at returns@superinks.co.uk.
The following information must be included in
the email; the reason for your return, your original order number
or invoice number and the date of order. When you return your
product please wrap the package securely. Please post returns
to our main address displayed on the contact page of this site.
Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it,
for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once
we have received and processed the item. Please note that we can
only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Again, you must first obtain a return authorisation number; this
is obtained by emailing us at returns@superinks.co.uk.
